One of those days....

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by!  As always, it's great to have you here.  :-)

If you're curious as to why there was no High Five for Friday Post yesterday {or rather, no post at ALL}......It's because it was one of THOSE days. You know the ones:  If it CAN go wrong, it WILL?  It's a long story, and I'll spare you ALL the details, other than to say it involved this happening, before 9 am: 

• OVERSLEPT
• GOT DRESSED IN 5 MINUTES
• RIPPED HOLE IN NEW TIGHTS
• DEALT WITH TWO {DIFFICULT TO PLEASE/ANGRY} INDIVIDUALS
• SPILLED COFFEE ON MY BLOUSE 

The day continued like this, into the night......which is why I never got a chance to post.

The good news, however, is that work is now done and it's the WEEKEND, which means sleeping a little later.  With Ramsay that equals about 7:00 am, but hey, it beats the norm (4:00 a.m.), so I'll take it!   

  How about you all?  Any BIG plans for the weekend?  Will you be joining me in the quest for an extra hour's sleep?  Do your children torture you with early Saturday wake-up calls too?

Are you ready for this, because I certainly wasn't.......

A brand spanking new Silhouette Cameo machine!!!  Those of you who've been reading for a while are probably thinking:  "Thank goodness, she'll finally stop complaining about it!"  lol

Yep, my husband surprised me in a HUGE way by casually leaving a Silhouette box on my kitchen table.  I was speechless!  That man has earned all kinds of brownie points with this, lol.
